Axim Global Strategies Group, LLC was created in 2007 by a group of professionals to be a firm that could handle all aspects of any company, individual, or organization’s employee benefits, corporate insurance, and personal/business needs. Axim GSG is not to be confused with any other benefits or asset management firm in the country. We live and work by a core set of values often talked about, but rarely displayed. Honor, Respect, and Integrity above all else are the main themes we at Axim GSG strive to exhibit with every phone call, email, and meeting. Our efforts show our clients that we care more about our relationship than any amount of money that can be made. We work on behalf of our clients’ best interests as true consultants, and not salespeople trying to earn a commission. “Do the right thing all of the time just because it is the right thing, and good things will happen”. These are words that are echoed repeatedly within our walls, and demonstrated on an every second basis.

Upon and Honorable Discharge for Medical Reasons from the United States Marine Corps, Jim went to work for United Healthcare as the MD Small Group Representative. Jim was charged with bringing the UHC platform for small businesses back into the area. After a successful term with UHC, Jim went to work on the private brokerage side with a small area benefits and financial planning firm building a solid business and relationships. After 4 years, Jim left that small firm and started Integrated Benefits Group, LLC in January of 2007. In 2011, the IBG, LLC name was changed to Axim Global Strategies Group, LLC. Also in 2011, Jim started Axim Fringe Solutions Group, LLC in order to service the government contracting community that have Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act wage determination requirements.
Poised to build a Top 50 privately held firm, the Axim team remains committed to working for each client in a completely transparent and consultative manner, with the only goal being the accomplishment of our CLIENTS INITIATIVES.
